S5 Pilates

S5 Pilates is not your ordinary pilates class.  Our mat-based class is athletic, it’s soulful, it’s powerful, it’s empowering.  After just a few classes you will start to see and feel a longer, leaner, and stronger you!  We focus on core strength, increasing flexibility, and we move through a series of movements designed to build strength with ease. This class welcomes anyone and everyone.  Props and weights often used, all of which are optional.

Barefoot training or grip socks recommended. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 barre

S5 Barre is a 60 minute, low-impact, total body sculpt + tone class.  S5 Barre delivers results, no doubt. This class focuses on tightening your muscles in ALL the right places; arms, buns, thighs + abs.  You will shake! You will shimmy! You most definitely will feel the burn, but your body will love you for it. This class often uses props + weights, all which are optional. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and can offer several modifications. So, whether you are a beginner, an expert, rehabilitating an injury or simply someone who hasn’t worked out in some time, it’s ok, we will take care of you.

Barefoot training or grip socks recommended. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 burn

This 45-minute heart pumping, calorie burning class moves you through a series of cardio and strength-based stations.  This class is designed bring out the warrior in you - surviving two minute intervals per station is no joke!  Anyone serious about getting in shape is encouraged to try this class.  You will leave feeling exhausted but accomplished. Modifications are provided as needed.

Barefoot training or grip socks recommended. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 xtraining

S5 XTraining, formally known as PilatesBootcamp, is a combination high-intensity interval training + bootcamp + core. This class was designed to get your heart PUMPIN’ and to BURN calories.  You will sweat, you will be pushed to your limits, but this 45-minute class is worth every ounce of effort.

Barefoot training or grip socks recommended. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 cycle

This 45-minute class is a party-on bike!  It’s an addictive full body workout complete with arm moves, fast leg work and in & out of the saddle routines that are expertly synced to the beat of the music. S5 indoor cycle is upbeat, energetic, tons of fun and one insane workout!

Sneakers or spin shoes required. Please bring your own H2O & towel. 

S5 sweat + savasana

An athletic based yoga flow in which the sequence builds on elements of yoga, fitness, plyometrics and pilates. This challenging sequence is constructed to stretch and strengthen the appropriate muscles leading towards a peak pose. With inspiration from Ashtanga yoga, class warm up begins with traditional sun salutations engineered to build heat within the body in preparation to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. This is followed by a ladder flow where poses are stacked one after the other. Class ends with a deep stretch and savasana, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Bring your own yoga mat.  

 

S5 EnerGBarre

Are you looking to sweat + burn? Welcome to S5 EnerGBarre. This barre class is fast paced with intermittent bursts of cardio throughout.  In S5 EnerGBarre, we burn calories AND burn muscles. We expect you to work hard in this class, so be prepared to bring the heat. If you are new to Studio 5, please consider S5 Barre before attempting S5 EngerGBarre.

Barefoot training or grip socks recommended. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 core cycle

This class combines the benefits of our S5 Cycle class with our expertise in core strength. 30-minute ride + 10-minute abs of steal workout.  Not to be missed!

Sneakers or spin shoes required. Please bring your own H2O & towel.  

 

S5 tabata + Strength

Tabata is a style of high intensity interval training that's 20 seconds of exercise, followed by a 10 second break x 8 rounds. At S5 we typically go through 4 - 5 sets, combining both cardio and strength into one, quick, effective, heart-pumping, high energy, totally body workout. Why Tabata? The workout is short and intense, however the real magic happens post-workout. A major benefit is that your body will continue to burn calories up to 36 hours POST workout. Pretty amazing, right?

Grab your sneakers, water, and a sweat towel and get your Tabata on with the best!

 

S5 core, buns and guns

This mat-based class tones, lifts and tightens in all the right places.  We have designed this class to sculpt your core, as well as your upper and lower and body.  Each exercise focuses on a common “problem” area, and we incorporate the use of props and weights to increase intensity as needed.

Sneakers are optional as this is a low-impact class.
