Mother's Day Weekend @ Studio Five Fitness

Mother's day is one of the best days of the year celebrating motherhood in 40+ countries! It was a no brainer for us at the studio to celebrate the many mothers who come and sweat with us everyday! We dedicated our normal Sunday workouts to praise those strong women who work hard day in and day out, whether at home, at work, or in the studio. Whether you joined our studio workout or our run club this past Sunday, we hope you felt the LOVE we feel for you amazing ladies. 

Shout out to you women rocking motherhood! We LOVE and appreciate everything you do!

50 Jumping Jacks, 40 Jump Squats, 30 Crunches, 20 Push Ups,10 Side Lunges (each side), 5 Reverse Lunges (each side), Repeat 2-3x
