New to Studio 5?

Listed below are some things you should know before signing up for your first class

Online Purchases

You must purchase a Studio 5 class, package, or monthly membership before you can reserve a spot in a class. Please make sure to register for class beforehand, as this will guarantee your spot.

Cancellation Policy

All class reservations must be cancelled two (2) hours before the start of class. For classes that are held at 8:30am OR EARLIER, we must receive your cancellation by 9pm the evening before class. We know life happens, but in all fairness to those wait listed we ask that you make the cancellations according to our policy. To non-monthly unlimited members, if your reservation is not cancelled within our cancellation policy, or you simply do not show up, you will lose the class credit. If you are a monthly, unlimited member you will be assessed a late cancellation/no-show fee of $10.00.

wait list

If you are unable to book a class because it's full, we highly recommend you put yourself on the wait list. As a spot opens up, we give the spot to those on the wait list in the order listed. You must purchase the class or have purchased a class package BEFORE you can reserve your spot on the wait list. If you don't receive a spot in the desired class, the class will be returned to your account to use at a future date. If a spot opens up in the class you are wait listed for, you will receive an email stating you have received a spot in the desired class.

Please note: we assume you want to take the class you are wait listed for. Please make sure to remove yourself from the wait list before 2 hours prior to class if you decide you no longer want to attend. If you are added, and you do not show up, you will be charged for the reservation either by losing the class OR a $10 fee depending on your membership status.
